I began taking piano lessons at age four from my mother, and haven't looked back since. I have given solo recitals in the United States and the United Kingdom, many of which have featured the music of Béla Bartók, one of my favorite composers. Bartók's compositional output, particularly his work with polymodal chromaticism and arch form, became an enormous source of inspiration for me and featured heavily in my PhD commentary.

Recently, the vast majority of my energies at the piano have been reserved for composing and playing my own music for the instrument. A number of these works are available now through Hewitt Hill Music. Below are a few videos of my work at the piano.
